Promotions at Legat Owen

Legat Owen has promoted four staff to associate director level; Dan Oliver, Sarah McCune, Natalie Tansey and Mark Diaper.

Dan Oliver works in retail and leisure has over 15 years' experience. He is currently retained by Costa and Heron Foods on acquisitions of new stores. Oliver also deals with numerous shopping centre and High Street instructions on behalf of clients including F&C Reit, Aviva, Frogmore and Royal London Asset Management.

Sarah McCune manages a portfolio of properties including retail, office and business technology parks for both new and longstanding clients of Legat Owen. She uses her past experience of construction and development to implement and manage service charges, maintenance works, rent reviews and lease renewals with an ultimate goal to maintain and potentially increase asset value.

Natalie Tansey joined Legat Owen in 2003 and has over 10 years' experience advising clients on all aspects of property management, managing a varied portfolio of commercial property, including a number of shopping centres, on behalf of clients across the region. She also advises clients on Landlord and Tenant matters, provides rating consultancy and is an RICS Registered Valuer.

Mark Diaper has 12 years' experience working in the industrial agency team specialising in the acquisition and disposal of industrial premises and land.

Stephen Wade, director of the Chester-based independent surveying practice, said: "Dan, Sarah, Natalie and Mark have each made a significant contribution to the growth of the company in recent years and we are delighted to promote them to Associate Level."
