Promotion at Capital & Centric

Manchester-based developer Capital & Centric has promoted Louise Pearson to development director.

Pearson joined Capital & Centric shortly after its formation in November 2011 as development manager. She oversees the development of schemes including the Littlewoods Bunker building in Estuary Commerce Park, 12 Tithebarn Street in Liverpool and Digital Village in Salford.

Capital & Centric announced in September that former CBRE office agent Michelle Rothwell would be joining the team in January as development manager.

Adam Higgins, director at Capital & Centric, said: "Capital & Centric, since its formation in 2011, has been through rapid growth and Louise has supported the company admirably through that growth and we recognise her valuable contribution as we enter a new and exciting phase for the company.

"We're also looking forward to welcoming Michelle Rothwell to our team in January. The schemes that we're set to deliver in the coming months means we'll be spending £1m per week on construction."
