Print joins Gerald Eve

Jason Print has left Cushman & Wakefield to head up Gerald Eve's industrial agency team in Manchester.

He has been reunited with ex-C&W managing director Mark Walsh, who was appointed head of Gerald Eve's Manchester office in June.

Print left C&W in December and joined Gerald Eve as partner earlier this month, with a remit to build and lead the industrial team. He will work closely with existing industrial teams in the firm's Birmingham and Leeds offices.

He was at C&W for nine years after being poached from Donaldsons to establish an industrial team in Manchester.

Clients included Jaguar Land Rover, Marks & Spencer, Peel, and Praxis.

Ken Thurtell, Gerald Eve's regional partner, said: "A strong regional presence is central to Gerald Eve's client offer, with this appointment underlining the firm's commitment to ongoing investment in this area. The arrival of Jason brings further strength to the Manchester office and enables the development of the industrial agency team."

Gerald Eve has a team of 22 in Manchester, which forms part of a regional network alongside offices in Birmingham, Cardiff, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester and Milton Keynes.
