Knight Frank has been instructed by private clients to dispose of the Department Store on the corner of Thomas Street and Oak Street in Manchester's Northern Quarter.
The fully let building comprises 9,751 sq ft of office and retail accommodation and is available on a freehold basis.
Tenants include Ebden, Richard Goodall Gallery and the Liverpool & Manchester Design Initiative.
