Zoe Ensor PPS GroupThe public affairs and planning consultancy has appointed Zoe Ensor as partner to lead the Manchester team.

Ensor joins the group from PR and marketing firm Good Relations, based in Macclesfield. Before spending five years at Good Relations, formerly known as Bell Pottinger, Ensor held positions at Manchester Airports Group, and Midas, Manchester’s inward investment agency.

Andy Martin, managing partner, said: “Zoe has an excellent track record and we’re delighted to add her to our brilliant team. The often talked about offer of integrated communications across the business is something she truly understands, and we’re delighted to be delivering.”

Ensor added: “I am incredibly excited to be joining the PPS Group and in particular the Manchester team – right in the heart of the Northern Quarter of the city that I am proud to call home.

“These are exciting times for the north of the UK as we start to see the true impact of the Northern Powerhouse which stretches from Sheffield and Leeds City Regions, right through Manchester and Liverpool and the whole of the northwest. PPS has the gravitas, innovation and scale to be able to help our clients take full advantage of this period of growth. As a networked consultancy we work as a true whole with other offices and disciplines across the business to deliver the very best solutions and results for our clients, no matter how tough the challenge.”
