Portakabin move into Penrhyn Court
Portakabin has signed a nine-year lease on a 9,925 sq ft unit at Caddick Developments' Penrhyn Court site on Knowsley Business Park.
It will be occupied by Portakabin's office furniture and supplies division.
Penrhyn Court comprises 10 modern industrial warehouse units – ranging from 7,000 sq ft to 15,000 sq ft.
They are available on either a freehold or leasehold basis from £60 a sq ft and £4.50 a sq ft respectively.
The letting was secured on behalf of the landlord by CBRE.
GVA is the retained joint agent.
Darren Hill of CBRE said: "The addition of Portakabin follows on from the successful letting of a 6,000 sq ft unit to MED Imaging in December, who acquired the space in addition to their existing HQ on Overbrook Lane.
"We now only have four units remaining at Penrhyn Court, and with the supply of good quality new build stock dwindling we expect to see a good level of demand for the remaining space over the course of 2013."
