Pochin’s director buys £11,250 of shares

Publicly listed property group Pochin's said Michael Chadwick, a non-executive director of the company, has bought £11,250 worth of shares in the capital of the company.

The 15,000 shares were bought yesterday (21 April) at a price of 75p a share.

Michael Chadwick now has a beneficial interest in 39,000 shares in the company, being 0.18% of the total voting rights of the company and a non-beneficial interest in 4,840,164 shares in the company, being 23.27% of the total voting rights of the company.

Chadwick was appointed to Pochin's board of directors in September 2005. He is executive chairman of Grafton Group.
