Peer Group lets Crewe warehouse

Babcock Rail has taken the 28,940 sq ft Centrepoint unit located on Crewe Gates Farm Industrial Estate, south of Crewe town centre.
The company, which is a rail division of the Babcock International Group, has agreed on a ten year full repairing and insuring lease with Peer Group at a headline rent of just under £4.40/sq ft.
Lamont Commercial acted on behalf of the Peer Group. Knight Frank was joint letting agent on the refurbished Centrepoint building.
