Oliver James moves to Vantage Point

Financial recruitment business Oliver James Associates is to move into Vantage Point, Spinningfields, nearly tripling the size of its current office at Parsonage Chambers.

The firm is taking 8,000 sq ft from landlord Ventor Estates, including the entire fifth floor and part of the fourth floor, on a ten-year lease.

James Rogers, director at Oliver James Associates, said: "Spinningfields is unrivalled as a location and we believe we have secured the best office space in city."

Will Lewis, partner at OBI Property, advised Oliver James on the search and acquisition of the new premises. OBI also undertook the interior design of the new office.

Lewis said: "Vantage Point offers a Grade A specification in the heart of the city's financial and professional district, and the new bars and restaurants in Spinningfields make it an excellent place for people to work."

Alex Russell, associate director at CBRE North West, who advised the landlord Ventnor Estates, said: "It's great that such a well known recruitment firm such as Oliver James Associates has chosen to move to Vantage Point, particularly since the business conducted a comprehensive search to reach this point."

Fit-out work on the offices has begun and it is expected Oliver James Associates will move into the 50,000 sq ft Vantage Point in February, joining current tenants Allied Irish Bank and Sacco Mann.
