Northern Trust signs Tenon in Rochdale

Accuntancy firm Tenon Group has taken 8,300 sq ft on a 10-year lease at Cedar House, an office building on Sandbrook Business Park in Rochdale.
Neil McManus, development surveyor at Northern Trust, commented: "This letting means that all bar one 2,500 sq ft suite of phase one is now let, which is a very pleasing result."
Sandbrook will provide 65,000 sq ft of office space in ten buildings all three phases are completed.
Matthews & Goodman, WHR Property and Whittle Jones, North West are joint letting agents on the scheme.
