Nolte Mobel moves into Rochester House

Nolte Mobel has signed a five-year lease for 4,200 sq ft of office space at Rochester House on Rumney Manor's Hollinsbrook Business Park, Bury.
The quoting rent for the property was £13.50/sq ft.
The company has relocated from Snaygill Industrial Estate, Skipton.
Nolan Redshaw acted on behalf of Rumney Manor and is also instructed to market the last remaining office of 2,500 sq ft at Arundel House on the Hollinsbrook Business Park alongside joint agent Lambert Smith Hampton.
