Next Pugh & Co auction details released
Former police stations and schools are among the dozens of development opportunities on sale at the next auction by Pugh & Co.
The vacant High Birch School in Rochdale, with a developable area of 1.75 acres, is on sale with a bottom guide price of £600,000.
Chadderton Police Station in Oldham is on offer at £200,000-plus, also with potential for development.
A nursing home in Egerton, Bolton with planning consent to be converted into 23 flats, is available from £425,000.
A serviced office building, East Cliff House, overlooking Avenham Park in Preston, has a guide price of £250,000.
In total there are around 100 lots on sale, across all sectors. Among the vendors that have instructed Pugh & Co to dispose of their assets are local authorities in Blackpool, Bolton, Burnley and Warrington along with Ethel Austin Investment Properties, Greater Manchester Police Authority, McInerney Homes, NHS Stockport and United Utilities.
The sale takes place at Manchester United Football Club on 14 October.
