New team at top of Russell Homes

Russell Homes, the residential arm of Russell Construction, has accelerated its growth plans with the appointment of a new management team.

Daniel Kershaw has been recruited as residential director and Paul Coggins as senior land manager. The pair worked together at Morris Homes and Bellway Homes and have over 20 years' experience between them.

Developments by Russell Homes, part of David Russell's Property Alliance Group, include Church Court townhouses in Cheadle, and apartments and mews in Manchester city centre and rural areas of Greater Manchester.

Russell Homes this month gained planning permission for 55 homes on a five-acre residential site in Norden, Rochdale.

Kershaw said: "Paul and I have been brought in as a team to ensure the firm's continued growth and to promote well-designed, quality and sustainable developments throughout the North West."
