New signings at WHR
Manchester-based WHR Property Consultants has recruited John Edwards from DTZ to run its new building services division.
Edwards is joined by former colleague, Alan Watson, as senior surveyor. In the third senior appointment Graham Aitkenhead has left Gerald Eve to become a partner in WHR's professional team.
Edwards said: "WHR has a very strong reputation within the property industry with an impressive client list, which complements our existing high profile clients who include Wilson Bowden Developments and AIB International. I am very excited to have this opportunity to provide another level of service for the firm."
Gareth Buckley, partner at WHR, added: "We are wholly committed to improving the level of service that we offer our clients and can provide a one stop shop for all landlord and tenant requirements. At a time when many firms are facing an uncertain future, we are bucking the trend as we continue to go from strength to strength and these new appointments reflect our confidence in the future of WHR."
Graham Aitkenhead continued: "I am delighted to be working with Gareth Buckley and the rest of the team. The ethos of the company means that there is excellent communication between the various departments enabling clients to benefit from a cohesive business approach to service all their property requirements."
Harry Skinner and James Preston have joined as graduate surveyors in the offices and investment teams respectively.
WHR now employs 24 staff.
