Morgan on the move to Anwyl

Chorley-based Anwyl Homes Lancashire has added to its management team with the appointment of Andrew Morgan as head of land.

Morgan takes responsibility for the identification and purchase of land to support the growth and ambitious expansion plans of theNorth Wales group’s Lancashire division, set up in 2017.

Prior to joining Anwyl, Morgan was head of land for Elan Homes, working mainly in the southern parts of the North West.

He said: “Joining Anwyl provided a great opportunity for me to grow within an already well established company.  With my in-depth knowledge of the North West land market for new homes, I can support Anwyl and help the division grow in a steady and successful way.”

John Grime, managing director of Anwyl Homes Lancashire, added: “With the appointment of Andy we have further strengthened our management team and added additional knowledge and expertise that will enable us fulfil our growth and expansion plans for the division over the next 12 months.”

Now 85 years old, Anwyl Group has three divisions; Anwyl Homes, Anwyl Construction and Anwyl Land.
