MCR signs three in Spring Gardens

Acting on behalf of MCR Property Group, WHR Property Consultants has secured three tenants at Brook House in central Manchester.

Financial Quest has taken a five-year lease on 1,411 sq ft. Inlingua, also on a five-year lease, and Home Fundraising, have both moved in to the fourth floor occupying 2,856 sq ft and 2,984 sq ft respectively. Quoting rents at Brook House, at the top of Spring Gardens, are £12.50/sq ft.

Harry Skinner, graduate surveyor at WHR, said: "Brook House has attracted new occupiers not only because it offers affordable rents within the heart of the city's business district, but also because of the landlord's attitude; by adopting a flexible approach that appeals to businesses needing smaller space immediately."

CBRE is the joint letting agent. Brook House has a recently refurbished reception and common areas, with a further 14,000 sq ft available to let.
