MCR lets Brook House office

Higher education company Global Graduates has taken 7,300 sq ft at the building in Fountain Street, Manchester city centre.

Global Graduates has agreed a ten year lease with MCR Property Group. Quoting rents for the building are from £11/sq ft.

The 40,000 sq ft Brook House is situated in Spring Gardens and was bought by MCR Property Group in 2007 for £7.4m from a private investor based in Switzerland.

The six storey building underwent an extensive internal and external refurbishment and has 13 occupiers, including multilingual recruitment agency Euro London and chartered building surveyor Gray Scanlan Hill.

Josh Levy, from WHR Property Consultants, joint letting agent on the building, said: "We have now successfully let 81% of the building. Brook House can still accommodate companies from 5 up to 45 staff."
