MAG signs Viking at airport freight terminal

MAG Developments, the property and development arm of the Manchester Airports Group, has completed a letting to Viking Airlines as the latest tenant at Manchester Airport's World Freight Terminal.
Viking agreed a three-year lease at a rental level of £9.95/sq ft for the recently refurbished 4,015 sq ft unit. The deal closely follows lettings to PODs Cargo and CEVA (UK).
MAG Developments boasts an investment portfolio of over £300m and manages an estate of over 5,000 acres, 200 buildings and 850 tenants.
