LSH’s Skelton praises ‘tenacious teams’ after strong 2008

Lambert Smith Hampton's Manchester office transacted 2m sq ft of commercial space during 2008, made up of 1,694,799 sq ft industrial, 205,224 sq ft offices, and 54,262 sq ft retail.

Skelton highlighted acquiring 16,021 sq ft of office space at 55 Princess Street, formerly known as the Aurora Building, on behalf of Fentons Solicitors, fully letting the Clearwater phase at Lingley Mere Business Park, Warrington totalling 54,342 sq ft, and disposing of seven units totalling 194,588 sq ft at Greenvale Business Park on behalf of Beva Investments among the years major deals.
