LSH recruits from Knight Frank

Commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton has appointed Abid Jaffry as a director in its national capital markets division.

Based in the LSH's Manchester office, Jaffry's remit will be to head up the firm's northern investment presence, providing advice to institutional, fund and property clients across the North West, Yorkshire and the North East.

With over 10 years' investment trading experience, Jaffry joins from Knight Frank's Liverpool office, which closed in August.

Roger Tunnicliffe, head of Lambert Smith Hampton's Manchester office, said: "As the market continues to evolve, it is important that we carry on building our business to ensure that the high standards we have set are maintained, both for our existing clients and also for the new ones that we are attracting.

"I am confident that, combined with our already strong teams across the UK, Abid will ensure we capitalise on the growth of value added opportunities as they spread further into the regions."

Jaffry's arrival follows LSH's appointment of Adam Ramshaw, who recently joined the Birmingham-based capital markets team as an associate director and Rob Ingram, who joined the London-based capital markets team as a surveyor.
