Liverpool One bags Ralph Lauren
Global fashion brand Polo Ralph Lauren is to open in spring in a 1,900 sq ft space on Peter’s Lane, close to Hugo Boss, Flannels, and Beauty Bazaar Harvey Nichols.
The store will include both womenswear and menswear collections.
Alison Clegg, director of asset management at Grosvenor Europe, said: “To have Ralph Lauren join our premium retail offering is fantastic, and reflects our reputation amongst luxury and high-end retailers.
“The brand will appeal to visitors throughout our catchment, while further strengthening Liverpool ONE as a destination.”
Cushman & Wakefield and Metis Real Estate Advisors acted for Liverpool ONE and Harper Dennis Hobbs represented Ralph Lauren.
The signing of Ralph Lauren continurs a good run for Grosvenor. Openings at Liverpool ONE last year included Arket, COS and Armani Exchange.
Deals were also secured with Thai Leisure Group’s Thaikhun Street Bar concept and Aether, a cocktail bar from The Alchemist group. Footlocker moved across from Church Street to occupy one of its largest stores, in South John Street.
