PD Properties has submitted a planning application to convert the top floor of the building into a 1,000 sq ft self-contained office with private roof terrace.

Harry Skinner, associate director at Avison Young, said: “The Lexicon is in an excellent location directly opposite St Peter Square, and has attracted a high calibre of tenants on strong rental terms. It is pleasing to see this building now fully occupied and we look forward to bringing the top floor to market later this year.”
