Legget steps up as Mulbury director
The residential developer has promoted Nick Legget to the role of development director, from senior development manager.
Legget has helped lead the delivery of the company’s city centre schemes in Manchester, including the 143-apartment Blossom Street private rental sector project in the Northern Quarter, and its first PRS scheme The Astley in Ancoats.
The former, which sits on the corner of Blossom Street and Great Ancoats Street and is being delivered on behalf of DTZ Investors, is nearing completion having topped out last year.

The company also has a planning application in to build 378 apartments across three schemes in Oldham Road, Bendix Street and Goulden Street in Manchester’s New Cross.
Legget joined Cheshire-based Mulbury in 2017. In his new role, he will play a more prominent role in Mulbury’s other development activity, including its low-rise open market schemes and affordable housing developments, the company said.

Mulbury is on site with 10 other residential developments across the region, for both private residential and affordable homes. It was founded in 2010 by Mulligan and director Martin Bury.
