LBM expands at Atlantic Point

Property Alliance Group has let a further 6,000 sq ft to LBM at Atlantic Point business park on Atlantic Street in Altrincham, Trafford.

LBM, a specialist provider of multichannel contact centre outsourcing, digital and data services, has occupied space in Atlantic Street for the last 15 years and has taken additional space adjacent to its existing site, due to its continuous growth and expanding contact centre. The company now occupies a total of 30,000 sq ft.

Dominic Pozzoni, director at Property Alliance Group, said: "LBM continue to enjoy the benefits of the Altrincham location, with Atlantic Point in close proximity to the area's main arterial routes for staff, as well as local amenities that the area has to offer. This made it an appealing choice for growing businesses like LBM, who need room for expansion, as well as a high quality working environment."

LBM also has offices in Manchester, Stockport, London and Belfast. Details of the rental agreement were not disclosed.
