Lantern sells Parkway 4 unit to Herbprime

Herbprime Co has paid £340,000 for the freehold of a 6,500 sq ft warehouse unit on Parkway 4 in Trafford Park, Manchester.
WHR represented Lantern Property in the sale. Berkley Brown is the joint agent.
Simon Hampson, partner at WHR, said: "This is the latest deal to be agreed at Parkway 4 and follows hot on the heels of the recent sale of a 6,000 sq ft unit to Bruns and a 20,000 sq ft unit, which was sold to Luccini.
"These recent deals demonstrate the depth of demand for good quality, modern, freehold units in prime locations and as the market continues to become more buoyant, availability of stock is becoming increasingly scarce."
