Langtree reports two deals in Wirral

Langtree has announced two further deals at its Lumina Business Park on Wirral International Business Park in Bromborough, Wirral.

Polybiotech has taken nearly 7,000 sq ft of industrial accommodation on a five-year lease.

MAC Roofing & Contracting has purchased a 5,340 sq ft unit for an undisclosed sum.

Sean Matthews, from MAC Roofing & Contracting, said: "Following our success in winning major contracts in the Wirral and our expansion into the North West market place, it was necessary to open a further branch in the Wirral. Lumina Business Park is centrally located in the region giving us easy access to all areas within it."

Jacqui Fishwick, property manager at Langtree, added: "We are delighted to welcome another two occupiers to Lumina taking the site to 73% occupied, and as we have strong interest in the remaining units we hope it will only be a matter of time until further tenants join them."

Lumina Business Park can be accessed from the A41 and within 2 miles of Junction 5 of the M53 motorway. The site offers 13 industrial units ranging from 3,800 to 18,500 sq ft.
