Kudos plugs back into Wilmslow
Brook House, a refurbished office building on the outskirts of Wilmslow town centre, is fully occupied after Lambert Smith Hampton disposed of the last floor to bathroom retailer Kudos.
The family-run business expects to open its bathroom showroom at Brook House in early December. Kudos is returning to the town after an absence of ten years.
The 2,085 sq ft letting concludes LSH's involvement in the building, following its sale of the freehold interest to Banks & Lloyd Shipping on behalf of a private individual last year.
The international shipping and forwarding agent took occupancy of the first and second floors and subsequently retained LSH to lease the remaining space on the ground floor.
Paul Lucas at Banks & Lloyd Shipping said: "We are delighted that Kudos has committed to Brook House which reinforces our decision for relocating to the building ourselves less than 12 months ago."
