Keppie Massie appoints head of valuation

Surveyor and property consultant Keppie Massie has appointed Anthony Chadwick as head of its valuation and rating team, replacing Peter Eustance who joined CoStar Group as account manager in December 2013.

Chadwick was recruited from Ringley Surveyors in London where he was director of valuation. Prior to Ringleys he worked in Manchester and Liverpool with CVS and Venmore. He will be based across Keppie Massie's Manchester and Liverpool offices.

Chadwick said: "I am looking forward to starting at Keppie Massie, the company has a high reputation within the market and I look forward to developing and expanding the valuation and rating offer."

Keppie Massie now employs 36 people with offices in Liverpool, Manchester, Glasgow and London.
