Kayaks & Paddles expands to Warrington

Cornwall-based canoe and kayak retailer, Kayaks & Paddles, has occupied 6,300 sq ft at Rufford Court, Hardwick Grange, Warrington.

The company has taken units 14 and 15 at its first site in the North West.

The business, which trades as Manchester Canoes, secured a six year lease from landlord Peter Stevens Estates with advice from Andy Backhouse, associate director, industrial and logistics at Colliers International in Manchester and Warrington-based property agents Eileen Bilton Partnership.

Rufford Court is home to occupiers including water technology provider Xylem, tyre supplier ATS Euromaster, cigarette vending operator Sinclair Collis and car wash solutions company Wilcomatic.
