John Lewis picks CBRE for Manchester office search

John Lewis, the UK department store market leader with three outlets in the North West, has retained CB Richard Ellis to find a 40,000 sq ft office in Manchester.
CBRE is looking at city centre and out-of-town markets for the office, which will house a new North West administrative team.
The company, owned by its staff through a mutual partnership, has stores in Cheadle, Trafford Centre and Liverpool.
All parties declined to comment.
