A successful niche property company with an enviable reputation is seeking to recruit an experienced Asset Manager to join their small in-house team.

This is an exciting role based at their Head Office in South Manchester, dealing with a commercial portfolio comprising mainly office and retail accommodation.

The successful applicant will be managing external agents as well as overseeing refurbishment works and fit out contracts.

Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential to perform this role.
