JLL lets 7,655 sq ft at Taurus Park

The Manchester industrial team at Jones Lang LaSalle has secured a new tenant for a 7,655 sq ft warehouse unit at Taurus Park, Warrington, on behalf of Aviva.
Catering equipment distributor, Middleby UK, signed a three-year lease at a rent of £40,000 a year to occupy the building, and joins the park's existing tenants including KYB, Brakes Group and Enterprise Rent-a-Car.
Richard Johnson, associate director at Jones Lang LaSalle, said: "Taurus Park continues to prove to be a popular location for industrial businesses, due to its high quality customer facing accommodation and excellent transport links."
JLL advised landlord Aviva, while Altus Edwin Hill advised Middleby UK.
