Indigo hires two, promotes one

Indigo Planning has made two new appointments and one promotion, taking its headcount in Manchester to 17.

Charlotte Blinkhorn was promoted from planner to senior planner.

Jen Popplewell joins from DPP as a planner. At DPP she worked on retail proposals and mixed-use regeneration projects.

Graduate Siobhan Sweeney arrives as assistant planner after gaining an MA in town and regional planning at Sheffield University.

Phil Villars, managing director of Indigo Planning, said: "I would like to congratulate those we have promoted for the outstanding contribution they have each made to growing Indigo Planning and really going the extra mile to deliver first class service to our clients. I would also very much like to welcome our high calibre recruits, who will help us build further on what we have achieved. We have included one graduate in this recruitment round in Manchester, because it is crucial – for the future of not just Indigo but the wider built environment industry – to nurture the best fresh talent."
