Harrison joins Network Space

Network Space has hired former GVA man Dave Harrison as its head of property, tasked with managing the industrial developer’s North West portfolio.

He joins from GVA, where he worked within the property management team and worked with clients including the Ministry of Justice and Palmer Capital. Prior to this, he spent six years as property and estates manager at the University of Liverpool, and has also worked for Robert Pinkus & Co.

He will be one of Network Space’s principal leads working to deliver asset and property management across the developer’s industrial investments in the region.

Harrison said: “I am delighted to be joining the Network Space team at what is a very exciting time in its history as the company continues its expansion. I have developed a successful track record and expertise in delivering development, investment and property management services to external partners and I look forward to expanding my skillset further at Network Space.”

The news follows the sale this week by Network Space of a £93m property portfolio to InfraRed Capital Partners. This deal, covering the North and the Midlands and featuring 25 industrial holdings, also included two development sites in the North West.
