Hale Conservative Club sold for development

St Baldreds Hall on Ashley Road, Hale, known as Hale Conservative Club, has been sold to St Baldred's Estates for an undisclosed sum.
Selling agents Colliers CRE said the high level of interest exceeded its expectations given the current tough market conditions.
The freehold plot set within the Hale conservation area features a detached private members' social club with a gross external area of 10,431 sq ft and total site area of 0.51 acres.
The purchasers are currently considering all options for the redevelopment of the site.
The Manchester office of Colliers CRE and Knutsford office of Meller Braggins were joint selling agents on behalf of the trustees of Hale Conservative Club.
