Regeneration specialist Muse has appointed GVA to handle its 'Fish Dock' development at Victoria Station in Manchester.
It is developing the site on Corporation Street with landowner Network Rail.
The scheme, which complements a £26m revamp of the station, will have 500,000 sq ft of offices.
Simon Reynolds, senior director at GVA, said: "We're thrilled with our appointment. The scheme is a major new gateway into the city and to the Co-op NOMA scheme.
"Victoria is set to become one of the most significant locations in the North following its designation as the core of the £580m Northern Hub."
Mike Horner, a director at Salford-based Muse, said: "We welcome GVA to our team as we develop our plans for this hugely important site and the planning application later this year."
GVA will be Muse's leasing and investment adviser.
