Grosvenor signs Hollister clothing label at Liverpool One

American-based clothing company, Hollister, is taking two units at Liverpool One on South John Street totalling 7,772 sq ft.
Hollister is the sister brand to fashion label Abercrombie and Fitch.
Grosvenor has also signed women's fashion label Lipsy, which has taken its first standalone store in the UK at the Liverpool One development.
Elsewhere, Everton Football Club has taken a 5,791 sq ft flagship store over two floors, which is to be branded 'Everton TWO'.
