G&J Seddon wins £10m Blackpool care homes work

Bolton-based G&J Seddon is due to start work on two care home developments in Blackpool for Great Places Housing Group.

Each project is worth £4.9m to the construction company.

Cherry Tree House will provide 46 self contained apartments and Ashfield Court will comprise of 48 self-contained apartments, with both including communal facilities.

The two new facilities are located on Cherry Tree Road in the centre of Blackpool and Ashfield Road in Bispham, located just to the north of the town centre.
