Gap opens in Stockport

American fashion retailer Gap Outlet has opened a new 10,000 sq ft store at the Peel Centre on Great Portwood Street in Stockport, Greater Manchester.

Gap is occupying Unit 3 located between New Look and Comet where Carpetright used to be based. Landlord Peel declined to disclose any rental details.

Robyn Walters, retail parks manager for Peel, said: "The Peel Centre offers customers a wide range of shopping choices and we are sure that Gap Outlet will trade extremely well here."

Gap Outlet joins tenants including H&M, Next, Matalan and Boots at the retail destination within the town centre.
