Event examines future of Warrington

The latest annual Warrington Property Review will be launched at the Village Hotel on Thursday 26 April.

The 14th annual economic analysis was conducted by BE Group and measures the town's prospects for future growth. The review seeks to provide an overview of local commercial and industrial property movements along with a commentary on key retail, leisure and residential developments and strategic sites.

The document and launch is being sponsored by Muse Developments, the council's development partner in the forthcoming regeneration of Bridge Street and Time Square. The company is also behind the Lingley Mere business park in west Warrington.

Peter Crompton, director of BE Group, will present the findings and Darran Lawless, development director of Muse Developments, will present to guests on Muse's plans for the Warrington town centre.

The review was commissioned by Warrington & Co, Warrington Council and Marketing Cheshire.

A PDF of the review will be added to the Warrington & Co website and the Invest in Cheshire website at the end of the month.
