Engineering firm signs at Redwood House

Bilfinger Industrial Automation Services has leased a 12,300 sq ft office in Woodlands Business Park, St Helens.

Bilfinger is a provider of automation and control solutions and maintenance services.

Woodlands Business Park is an established estate consisting of six self-contained office buildings. Occupiers include Miller Homes and Nicholls, the company behind Vimto.

Bilfinger Industrial Automation Services committed to a five-year lease within Redwood House, and was represented by Bilfinger GVA. Joint agents at Woodlands Business Park are BE Group, Altus Eileen Bilton and JLL.

Simon Roddam, associate director of BE Group, said: “The location was ideal for this occupier given its proximity to their industrial facilities in Haydock and road connectivity, and these factors joined with our pragmatic leasing strategy provided an ideal property solution.
