Earl House fully let

Computer Support Services has taken the remaining accommodation at Atlantic Street, Altrincham.

CSS took 2,024 sq ft on the ground floor on a five-year lease at £12.50/sq ft.

The 8,000 sq ft office building is now fully let.

Since its relocation to Altrincham two years ago, CSS has doubled its occupancy.

James Black, of CSS said: "Altrincham has certainly proved to be a popular location both with our staff and clients. We have continued to grow the business despite the economic woes and this move is enabling us to once again double our occupational requirements to accommodate additional personnel.

"We have not lost a customer or member of staff since we started the business seven years ago."

Daniel Lee, surveyor at Regional Property Solutions, who acted for the landlord M&C Kendal Property Partnership, said: "The Broadheath area of Altrincham has seen a steady level of demand this year with a take-up of around 30,000 sq ft of which 20,000 sq ft has been let by RPS.

"It reflects the appetite for good quality space and adequate car parking at rentals which encourage rather than deter relocations in the current climate."

The tenant was unrepresented.
