DWF recommits to Liverpool

Law firm DWF has agreed a 10-year extension to its lease of the top three floors of No.5 St Paul’s Square, totalling 41,700 sq ft, securing its position in the office until 2028.

The headline rent in the building is £17.50/sq ft.

DWF will be closing its office in Preston’s Winckley Square and moving the staff to No.5, to create a specialist motor services team in Liverpool.

The re-gearing follows recent deals to Hays, Mando and Denholm, taking the offices to more than 80% occupied.

No.5 St Paul’s Square is owned by Standard Life. Worthington Owen and JLL are joint letting agents.
