DWF finally signs at 2 Hardman Street

DWF has completed protracted negotiations to sign a lease for 82,995 sq ft over four floors at Hansainvest's 2 Hardman Street in Manchester's Spinningfields district.

The law firm will relocate from Bruntwood's Centurion House across the road on Deansgate and plans to starting moving in from 27 November.

The space was formerly occupied by the Manchester Evening News, now part of Trinity Mirror, before its recent relocation to Chadderton in Oldham. DWF is taking the space on assignment from the MEN/Trinity Mirror.

David Pickering, executive partner for Manchester at DWF, said: "This strategic investment not only facilitates our future growth plans but enables us to provide a cutting-edge working environment for our people and clients.

"The new premises consolidates our Manchester operation into one location and will have three operational floors and an additional floor dedicated to a new 'client suite'.

"All our 460 staff in Manchester are immensely proud of the new premises and can't wait to move into them from the end of November."
