DTZ investment newbies
DTZ has made two appointments to its investment agency team in Manchester, with James Kinsler and Simon Marshall both hired as senior surveyors.
Kinsler will provide disposal and acquisition advice across a wide range of commercial property. He joins from GVA where he spent six years working with clients such as KPMG, Nationwide, HSBC and Dunfermline Building Society, most recently in the corporate recovery department.
Marshall joins the team from Savills, where he was an associate in the valuation team, where he joined in 2010 following 12 months of retail agency specialisation at Burns Property Consultancy in Liverpool.
