DSG Retail takes space in Chester

Standard Life Investments has let 8,230 sq ft of retail space at 11-13 Eastgate Street in Chester to DSG Retail.
DSG Retail, which operates as a subsidiary of the Dixons Group and owns PC World computer stores and Dixons electrical goods stores, has agreed a ten year lease at a rental cost of £230,000 a year.
CB Richard Ellis acted on behalf of the tenant and Legat Owen represented the landlord in the deal.
