Deloitte appoints assistant director

Deloitte Real Estate has appointed Stephen Naismith as assistant director within the construction advisory team from Davis Langdon.

Naismith will lead the cost consultancy arm in Manchester and will be responsible for cost planning, tender preparation, procurement and cost management at all stages of construction projects, working closely with the London-based cost consultancy team.

Naismith has several years of industry experience and has worked on some of the region's most notable schemes, including the transformation of the Manchester Town Hall complex and the John Lewis store at the Trafford Centre.
