DAC adds to Manchester base

National law firm Davies Arnold Cooper LLP has announced three new appointments in its Manchester office including a partner in its construction team.

Barry Goodall joins the construction group from Hawkswell Kilvington LLP. Goodall, a qualified chartered surveyor, specialises in construction and engineering dispute resolution, acting for contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and employers.

Alex Megaw joins as partner from Pannone's Manchester office and specialises in commercial litigation and all aspects of insolvency including directors disqualification proceedings.

Neil Davies has joined Davies Arnold Cooper as an associate from Halliwells. He specialises in regulatory defence, acting for both corporate entities and individuals subject to criminal investigation or prosecution brought by enforcement agencies, including the HSE, Office of Fair Trading, local authorities and the CPS.
