Croftons builds property team

Danielle Leeming has joined Croftons Solicitors in Manchester in the firm's 27-strong property and regeneration team.

Leeming trained at Marsden Rawsthorn Solicitors in Preston where she began in 2011.

Bob Agnew, Croftons' head of commercial real estate, said: "Many of our clients have exciting plans, are critically looking at their property portfolios and future needs, and are refocusing their assets to optimise their value."

Danielle will work directly with Bob Agnew and Nataliya Healey, associate solicitor, who joined the firm in March 2014 from Addleshaw Goddard.

Croftons specialises in social housing, advising registered providers and local authorities.
