Computer firm Gamtech letting Greater Manchester unit

Gamtech has taken 1,507sq ft unit 35 at Mountheath Trading Estate in Prestwich, Greater Manchester.

The computer components supplier has agreed a three-year lease with annual breaks on behalf of landlord Spencer Industrial Estates.

Andy Backhouse, of agents Colliers CRE in Manchester, said: "Gamtech is a start-up business and despite the downturn we're still seeing demand from entrepreneurs with growing businesses wanting to move out of their homes into business units."

Knight Frank are joint letting agents.
